Situated in Paihia in the Northland region, Paihia Place Cottage - central Paihia has a patio. We liked the location and the rustic beach cottage. There was a great tip sheet for exploring the local fare and activities. We liked the private quiet setting. We felt very welcome with flowers and welcome sign.

Welcoming hosts, accommodations as noted, wondetful ambiance. Relaxing environment with nice view of the harbor.

Offering free WiFi, free parking and panoramic sea and island views, Baywaterviews is located in Haruru Falls. All rooms feature a patio or balcony. 2 rooms offer a spa pool. This is an amazing place to stay! Mike, the host was brilliant- very friendly and really helpful with regards to suggestions for restaurants and things to do and see in the area. Our room was lovely and had a great view over the bay. Very comfy bed and all the amenities that you need for your stay. Very fast Wi-Fi and one of the tastiest breakfasts that we have ever had at a B&B. Would highly recommend.

Allegra House is located up a hill from the centre of Paihia, where you will find a range of shops, restaurants and the beach. A commanding location with superb views. So wonderful to wake to such an amazing panorama. Brita and Heinz are exemplary hosts and are very welcoming and friendly. The room, bed, bathroom and shower are of the highest standard and perfectly presented. Breakfast was magnificent and served on the deck with more of those stunning views of the Bay.

These north-facing apartments feature beautiful sea views looking out across the Bay of Islands. All units have heating and TV. All units are fully self-contained and include cooking facilities. We absolutely Loved everything about this amazing property. From the arrival to the last day of departure, we were sad we had to leave and get back to reality. Absolute bliss and tranquility here. Birds song of the morning, peaceful rays of sunlight by day, and fading beauty as the sun went down. Bed was comfy, the apartment space was perfect, kitchen had everything we needed and “What a bonus” Room with a spa bath 🥰 Thoroughly enjoyed every second of our stay! The Owner, Helen, Greeted us and made us feel so welcome, and made sure everything was great.

Just 450 metres from Kororareka Bay, Bellrock Lodge offers studios with a private balcony and lovely bay and town views. The owners Catherine and Stewart were the perfect hosts! They had a great balance between privacy and sharing important information about where to go.

Located in central Paihia, Absolute Bliss Apartments offer wonderful sea views and free WiFi. Apartments were beautifully appointed, immaculately maintained and clean. Excellent location, and Marilyn is a marvelous hostess. We loved our stay! Thank you so much.

Set amongst native trees on the golden sands of Sullivans Beach, just around the corner from Paihia centre, Bay of Islands Beachhouse offers luxurious apartments overlooking the beach and the islands.... The apartment was huge and had all you needed to enjoy your stay. The view from the apartment balcony was stunning and difficult to leave. And it was possible to walk from the apartment to Paihia by the beach instead of always taking the car.
