Salah - our host - is a really friendly and welcoming person invested in making the desert stay a unique and unforgettable experience. My wife and I literally had our best time and memories of Oman in Salah’s private camp! The camp is located in a different region than all the other touristic camps, which makes the desert experience and privacy even greater! The tents are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. Moreover, Salah and his team were able to adapt to all our requests or wishes, but Salah also organized special surprises along our stay such as sunrise & sunset camel walks, evening Bedouin singers & dancers, and even more… Furthermore, we had at all time a large variety of delicious Omani specialities in abondance. I can say that the quality of materials, food, and services are way better than 5 stars hotels. Therefore, I highly recommend Desert Moments Glamping camp and will come back for sure with friends and family members in a very near future. A big thank you to Salah & his wonderful team!!!

It was amazing to stay at Salem’s House and getting to know Salem! Since the very first moment he is really welcoming, making sure you have all what you need and a very nice person! We had a lovely stay! I will recommend this place to everybody! Thank you for everything! Looking forward to come back :)

Great guesthouse! Amazing staff very helpful. They surprised us with a breakfast which wasn’t included in the price. We wish we had stayed more days there

Wadi Shab Beach Villa in Sur býður upp á sjávarútsýni, gistirými, einkastrandsvæði, sundlaug með útsýni og sameiginlega setustofu. The place only has 6 rooms, so it is quiet. The owner was very helpful and friendly, also the staff was extremely kind. The deluxe room next to the pool was nice and spacious. The room located in the middle of the terrace was small and it did not have a fridge. The villa has a small private beach (steep stairs!). It also has a pool, but it was not heated, in December it was refreshing. It is located very close to the Wadi Shab starting point, you can even walk there. It is far from Tiwi center and restaurants, you need to go there by car. We paid extra for breakfast, which was very rich and tasty (eggs, toasts, sausage, beans, toasts, fruits, tea, juice), the price was 2.5 OMR/person. The view from the terrace to the sea was amazing. Overall we liked the place. But we had better value/price accomodations during our journey in Oman.

Al Sqlawi Hotel Apartment býður upp á gistingu í Al ːadd, 2,3 km frá Al Hadd Turtle-ströndinni, 2,8 km frá Al Hadd-ströndinni og 600 metra frá Al Hadd-virkinu. A very good choice and cleanness was spot on

Wadi Ash Shab Chalets er staðsett í Sur. Sumar einingarnar eru með verönd með sjávarútsýni, flatskjá með gervihnattarásum og loftkælingu. The location is perfect if you are visiting Tiwi Beach, Wadi Shab or anything in this area. It has a nice view and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is always around and will help you if you need anything. It is easy to reach by car, and is close to the small center where there are three restaurants and some shops. All of them are locals, which also gives this place a "authentic" vibe. Tiwi Beach is close, and we were so lucky to see turtles swimming around. Here we also got invited for coffee by a family, and got to see how Omanis spend their evening camping at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
