We had a wonderful time staying at the magic mountain Lodge with Ute. She is a very kind and helpful host. We enjoyed it so much that we stopped again on our way back there. The rooms are very clean and big and the garden with the pool is lovely. Everything what you need you can find in the neighbourhood. Totally can recommend to stay here!

Francesca was a great host. If you‘re staying in this cute air- conditioned b&b (AC is not very common in Panama) right next to a stunning endless beach, make sure you try one of the delicous home-made meals. We had a tuna steak and it tasted divine.

It’s at a really nice spot, behind the main building and with lush gardens and an amazing pool area. So very closed off from any noise or neighbors, at a residential area near to the main highway. The decor is quirky and artsy in a fun way. The owners are very warm and hospitable and also helped us by ordering us a decent priced taxi for the next leg of our journey.

Strong shower and well working wi fi. Convenient large parking. Lovely owners. Excellent (!!!!) food and wine selection. and Pedro and Sancho, two loveliest dogs!!!

This place really was one of the highlights of our trip through Panama! It was one of those hotels where you could feel people are doing it with their heart and truly care about making their guests an amazing time. The owner greets you personally, he was always there if we needed something, brought us fresh coconuts from the tree and tropical fruit to try. The staff was super friendly and quick. The food was very good, we loved the breakfast and dinners we had. You also have local coffee and tea in the room which is such a nice gesture. We also got lunches to go for our day trips, in a cooler with ice. The view is also great and we saw so many monkeys and birds and iguanas. Definitely recommend!

Providing sea views, Gone Fishing Panama Resort in Boca Chica provides accommodation, a private beach area, an infinity pool, a garden, a bar and barbecue facilities. The resort has a small boutique style feel, only a few guest rooms. The owners interact with their guests. The room was very large with a king size and queen size beds and a balcony overlooking the pool and water in the distance. We had a private bathroom and AC in the room. The property is very beautiful, lush green vegetation. My children loved watching the monkeys while swimming in the pool. My son enjoyed fishing on the pier. A small breakfast of fruit, toast and hard boiled eggs were available every morning. A two minute walk to the resort next door with fine dining and a tiki bar. Brad the owner even helped me arrange a sportfishing charter when my boat cancelled last minute. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here.

Located in Boca Brava island just 2 minutes away from the harbor of Boca Chica, Villa Azul provides accommodation with free WiFi and a hot tub. The house is located on a truly beautiful spot, yet it seems very untouched by mass tourism. It was super quiet, we could hear the birds and the monkeys instead of people or traffic. The house was very beautiful and comfortable. There were many great sightseeing places to explore nearby.

Raphael and Eda were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Raphael offered us his tuna fish from his fishing trip for us to barbecue. Their place is immaculate and a dream gateway. Raphael’s restaurant recommendations were also excellent.
