One of our favorite places in the Philippines! The room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well-equipped. It had an outdoor space where you could hang your laundry to dry or just relax in the evenings. The pool area and the pool itself are truly fantastic! It's the perfect place to relax and unwind before or after a day out. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The Wi-Fi worked great. The location was good, considering that the best way to get around El Nido is by renting a motorbike. We rented the ones offered by the hotel, which were reasonably priced and worked perfectly. We enjoyed going out to eat and explore, so we didn't mind that there weren't many places immediately nearby. The breakfast was homemade and plentiful, with a variety of options that changed each day. Although it had set hours, the staff was accommodating and willing to adjust the timing if you let them know in advance. The staff was super friendly and the owner was attentive and helpful as well. Highly recommend staying here!

The location is great, we have a bit of nature around. It’s also close to the beach restaurants etc. The rooms are clean and comfy, nicely designed. You can have a breakfast onsite, it’s good, pancakes or eggs, but we think it’s a bit overpriced (290-320 piso per person). In general highly recommended.

Staff was extremely helpful in getting tricycles and accommodating food needs when my friend got sick on the trip. The villas are incredible, super clean and modern, they have amenities if you want to stay in and cook as well as beautiful complimentary breakfasts. The villas are in a quiet location 10 minutes from the main road and a few minutes from the airport/Lio Beach. Staff also helped us book a really great island hopping tour and helped us order delivery. There's also a small pool in each villa. Nearby beaches are 20-30 minutes away. We loved how quiet and peaceful everything was and so happy we stayed at Bahala Na and away from the hustle and bustle/touristy vibes that El Nido Beach had.

They were proactive about our requests as a large group (ie, booking airport pickup shuttle, booking tours and van hires, making sure our daily breakfast orders were completed the night before). Breakfast was delicious and there was were various choices if you didn’t want Filipino everyday. Huge props especially as they were able to reach out to the tour operator to acquire our snorkeling equipment we forgot in the tour van.

You live almost like a local. Annabelle took care of you from the time I got there - 11am - to when I left after the checkout time. Ghagha prepared coffee for the guests with a side of pan de sal in the mornings. She had a bunch of bananas (caraw type?) which was a good meal in itself. Some local suman was also on the porch for people to share. Annabelle’s place is not fancy. It is a house and you stay in a bedroom. No hot showers but with the humidity in town, it really does not matter. Support the small businesses in the area and Annabelle is one of them.

Objekat Bamboo Nest Beachfront je smešten na obali mora u gradu Puerto Prinsesa i ima bar, kao i besplatan WiFi. The location was a wonderful surprise at the end of the road to Hartman beach. A well-groomed beach among the creatively made and enchanting bamboo lodgings greeted us. Staff had ensured our pickup from the airport was smooth even though we weren't quite in the right place. A cozy bamboo courtyard with artwork, sitting spots, hammocks, a bar, tourist information, handy kitchen and ample showers and toilets greeted us. Looking out to sea, the calming waves and clear water invited us to explore. Yes, at some times of day the water is cloudy as the tide comes in an out. That added to the adventure and anticipation of when it'd be clear again. Sunsets and sunrises were bar-none! All of the staff at Bamboo Nest, including Jonathan and Tina the owners, were incredibly personable, courteous, fun, and helped us in all sorts of ways to make it the best stay. The smoothness and help with tours and so on made it easy. Being invited to eat meals together, and jam, spending evenings singing and drumming with our hosts was fabulous. The intrigue, romance, functionality and friendliness of Bamboo Nest exceeded our expectations.
