Hasan at reception was most welcoming and helpful. He upgraded our room free of charge. We also received the late check-out option, which worked excellent for us. Set just 22 km from Al Rashid Mall, The Address Palace Apartments provides accommodation in Dammam with access to a rooftop pool, a fitness centre, as well as a lift. The place is very clean and comfy. We liked the decorations and the atmosphere. The housekeeping service is very good but you have to request cleaning the room before you leave. We liked the easy access to many stores nearby (mini market + Bakery + restaurants). Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool.
