This autumn, I enjoyed a photo tour around Slovenia. This place was by far our favorite accommodation. The owners know very well how important the personal experience is. Quiet location in Mlino, up the hill from the lake, away from the crowds. Great facilities; lovely room and bathroom; excellent breakfast. Much better than it's 3 stars might lead you to expect. You can walk to Bled centre in about 20min. Mlino is a good starting point for exploring the area. Half Day trip to Vintgar Gorge highly recommended. This time in early June Lake Bled was busy, but bearable. From the middle of June till end of August it must be a bit of a nightmare with more than 50k visitors per week.
