We came in September so there were days when it was raining and we could not do anything and the waves were too big but on days when it wasn't, there was plenty to enjoy within the property - the beach, pool, ample lounging areas, bar/resto (prices were reasonable, they had live performances/bands on different days, delicious food), game areas for playing table tennis/football, yoga classes. spa/massage. Breakfast was excellent and you have an array of dishes to choose from. The room was cleaned as requested and the staff always put in different towel arrangements which we thought were quite thoughtful (just make sure to put out the "Make Room" sign every time). I especially liked how little things were carefully thought of in the rooms - units are not too close to each other, the bathroom/toilet was spacious and had plenty of space to put stuff on, umbrellas for each room came in handy for us since it rained in some days, safety box, plenty of room lights to choose from depending on how you want your room lit at night, seats/hanging rack (for wet clothes)/tub in the balcony (just in case you wanted to enjoy a bath outside with the view of the sea; there are curtains too if you want some privacy). complementaries like free drinks (water and soft drinks). The staff were very friendly and accommodating which made our stay there memorable. The hotel's location was good also as there were many restos/shops/salons just a walk away. If you don't like walking, you can rent a motorbike which can be arranged with the hotel.

What's not to like about Tiny Homes? A place is always made fabulous by a great owner and here you will not be disappointed. Paul goes above and beyond with a genuine desire to make your stay as pleasant and memorable as possible. The Tiny Homes, an American concept, were built by him and a team to his specifications (mostly, I think the local Thai team had some other interpretations :D), and you can see all the attention to detail such as a bed that can be pushed up against the wall to create more space during the day, the Thai seating cushions and small table that fits just right under the bed, the mosquito screens on doors and windows, basic cooking facilities with microwave and hot plate, clothes rack, comfy deck chair outside to take in the fantastic sea views and even a bowl to wash the sand off your feet before going into your home. The lawn is painstakingly watered in the evenings to make sure it's beautiful and green and yes, the sand right outside Tiny Homes gets raked too to remove anything that shouldn't be there. The best bit is just sitting on the deck chairs right on the slightly elevated platform on the beach to watch the sun set. No money can buy that kind of beauty and serenity. For all the pet lovers out there, there are even friendly cats that will come in for a nap if you let it/them. Paul even feeds a stray dog that won't let him touch it for a year! Well, you know what they say about getting the gist of a person by how they treat animals... For those who like massages, there's a lovely lady just twenty steps away who will knead your stress away whilst the sound of waves crashes on the shore, which is the same sound that will lull you to sleep at nights and wake you in the mornings. Ok, think I must stop whittling on. Just go there. It's not five star luxury with all the bells and whistles, but it certainly makes up for it in its cosiness, friendliness, functionality and warmth. I will most certainly go back.

Sabaidee mansion&hotel asub Ko Lantas Kaw Kwangi ranna lähedal, 1,7 km kaugusel Klong Dao rannast. Kohapeal on mäevaatega rõdu, aed ja baar. The staff was helpful and friendly, the room was very big and had everything we needed.

Lanta Para hut asub Lanta vanalinnast 8,7 km kaugusel ning pakub konditsioneeriga majutust koos terrassiga. Kohapeal on restoran, tasuta eraparkla ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. All was great! Beautiful spot mid island, nice clean huts and easy to get to everywhere. Red and his wife are nice hosts, make your stay very enjoyable.

Lanta smilinn asub Ko Lanta saarel Long Beachi lähedal, 2 km kaugusel Relax Bay rannast. Kohapeal on aed, ühine puhkeruum ja rõdu, kust avaneb vaade mägedele. The style was really cool. Also Mr. Yim has good offers for trips and scooters. Overall, it was clean and we felt really welcomed.

Lanta Happy House asub Ko Lantas, Klong Khongi rannast ja Secreti rannast 1,4 km kaugusel. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. Majutusasutusel on rõdu ja tasuta eraparkla. We very much enjoyed our stay at Lanta Happy House and wish to thank Nen, the proprietor, and his family for the warm welcome. Nen was always available to provide advice, rent us a scooter, drive us in his 3-wheel Tuk-tuk, organize a fishing excursion, a 4-island group excursion and the speedboat journey from Koh Lanta to Koh Lipe and so much more. The room was large and very clean and comfortable. The property has only 3 contiguous rooms on one side and two bungalows on the other side. There are two nice sheltered sitting areas. A great restaurant (Ann's Easy Food) at the bottom of the street (a must for travelers - the food is very good). Nen did everything he could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location is an 8-minute walk to the main road and 12 minutes to Khlong Kong beach. No problem at all for anyone who enjoys walking. Many restaurants and shops on the Main Street and on the beach. After 2 days of our 7-day stay, we rented a scooter from Nen and drove all over the west side of the island. We highly recommend Lanta Happy House to travelers visiting Koh Lanta.
