One of the best hotels we have stayed at. The staff were amazing. The jacuzzi in the deluxe sea view rooms was everything and we enjoyed one every evening. You can rent mopeds at the hotel too which is really convenient and is only 200 baht for the day. The cafe on site does amazing coffees and is air conditioned. The beach is fab and very peaceful unlike other beaches in Thailand. There is normally a Tuk tuk outside the property to go elsewhere.

Really nice bungalows in Ao Nang - about a 10 minute walk from the city beaches and less than that from the "downtown". Good location in my opinion - you're close enough to everything but not in the loud and busy area exactly. I was not impressed with Ao Nang, though - it is CROWDED with loud English-yelling tourists and reminds me of some of the worst areas of Phuket, such as Patong. However, Pagi Pagi is a good option to stay here if you are planning to go on day trips and visit some beaches outside of the city center - for that purpose, I would stay here again. Bungalow was spacious, well air-conditioned, WiFi worked well, staff was helpful, so everything fulfilled my expectations.

The bed was really comfortable. The room was very clean and the personall/owner vety forthcoming. I looked for a place to stay by myself for a few days. It was so comfortable that I extended my stay! The hosts are so nice and helpful, were super patients to my questions and helped me book a tour and a transfer in great prices. The room is simple but have all you need. Nice if you want to get away from the touristy places and to see the local life, but still to be close enough to the beach.

All staff were amazing. Bed and bathrooms were great! There are some nice restaurants within walking distance.

The villa was so clean and comfortable with a gorgeous pool. The cleaning staff came by everyday and also provided bottled water everyday. The shuttle bus down to the beach area was so convenient and we were never waiting more than 10 minutes to be dropped or collected. The general manager, Ivan, was so helpful and lovely and gave us many recommendations and advice on the area. We really enjoyed our stay in Lux Family Villas
