As a solo traveler and it being my first time in Tunisia, I could not have had a better stay. Youssef was extremely kind and welcoming. He was always available and a phone call away if I had any questions. The apartments are in a great location, just a short walk to the center of Sidi Boi Saïd and down the road for Carthage. Having an entire apartment to myself was very refreshing. Youssef had stocked the fridge with groceries prior to my stay so I was able to make a home cooked meal. Guests are also free to use the Netflix account on the television, which is an added bonus. As someone who has traveled all over the world, I would highly recommend Chez ADAC as it is one of the nicest places I have stayed in with a kind and respectful owner.

La Demeure tiene piscina de temporada al aire libre, jardín, terraza y restaurante en Sidi Bou Saïd. Hermosa la habitación y el hotel en sí, con una hermosa vista al mar y un desayuno muy rico y contundente.

Suite à sidi bou Saïd se encuentra en Sidi Bou Saïd, a 15 min a pie de Playa de Amilcar y a 1,6 km de Playa de Corniche, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado, jardín y terraza. Fully equipped mini apartment (kitchen had all basics), super comfortable bed, a lovely patio with plants to sit around. The host was very helpful and friendly. Definitely would go back! Ps. If possible, let me know how the little adorable kitty is doing😻🙏🏽

The location is very nice, Beji’s appartement is really clean and peaceful. Beji’s is the best host you can have, so frendly and always available to help! I highly recommend 😊

Very charming facility, wonderfully decorated with amazing sea views. My room was large and very comfortable with a sea view side balcony. The breakfast, a mix of buffet and a la carte service, was incredible The staff is just fantastic! All associates and managers weevery attentive, empathic and sympathetic. The entire time they were figuring out a way to make the stay even more enjoyable and make you feel better. My cell phone connection was poor in Tunis, so they made me available a mobile for phone and Uber (Bolt) calls. Drinks & snacks have been served at the pool balcony in my happy hours after city tours. what an experience!

The house was perfectly decorated in a way that reflects the Tunisian design and traditions , had all the facilities and 2min walking from the Sidi bou Said town , with a variety of restaurants and supermarkets nearby , Imed was extremely friendly and welcoming and will help when needed , he also provided us with a secure parking for the car right next to the house. This place is a MUST DO once in Tunisia

The villa looked just like in the pictures. Was very clean and in a central location. The check in went smooth, the owner met us in front of the building.
