Mike and the crew had my apartment ready for me upon an early arrival. The place was a really good size with full kitchen, refrigerator, washer and dryer unit in the room, a comfortable bed, pull out sofa and above all it was peaceful. The place is located just about a block from the LA Convention Center where i was attending a conference. There's a train station across the street and it was the perfect place for me. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you're like myself and like to prepare your own meals. I walked to Whole Foods which was about a 20 minute walk (about 1 mile) and purchased fresh food to eat, way better than had i ate on the run. Thank you for your hospitality and for offering such a nice, safe space to call home for 4 days.

Great place and location to visit Sonoma region. Excellent service, super friendly hosts and beautiful historical house. Happy hour was a nice opportunity to mingle with the small group of other residents. Individually prepared preorder breakfast was a very exclusive arrangement.

This Cayucos, California bed & breakfast is 2 minutes’ walk to Cayucos State Beach. All rooms provide a spa bath and free Wi-Fi. Free wine is provided daily. What a beautiful location, right on the seaside! The owners are so incredibly nice and constantly looking to make your stay the best you have ever had. Rooms are every spacious and ours had an amazing view over the ocean. What an amazing stay, we did regret we decided to only stay for 1 night!
