Huy, the manager, likes to have a chat with the guests which made us feel very welcome. The schedule of the trip was full of nice activities (which you can choose to do, otherwise you can just relax on the cruise). Everything was clean and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks to the whole crew for your awesome work and hospitality!

The location is great, you can have a view to the Halong Bay from the balcony. Just across the street, you can walk along the bay enjoying the cool view on a nice pedestrian route. There are plenty of restaurants around and a big supermarket within walking distance. The house is beautiful with flowers everywhere. The host is super nice and helpful. They cook very tasty breakfast for us.

This is first time i travel Halong and i booked The Bay after reviewing online, all is good during staying time. Host is so kind and enthusiastic, he help us a lot bring luggage to room, booking Halong Bay tour and bus back to Hanoi. We will be back staying here in next time. Highly recommend!!!!!

This property was super clean and just tucked away from the main streets so it was nice and quiet. I booked here and spending a few days on the Ha Giang Loop and I’m so grateful I did! I slept great and the host is the most kind and accommodating. He booked all of my trips and transportation for me - it felt nice to not have to use my brain!
