The building is so well looked after, and the room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The location is good - a quiet neighbourhood close to the waterfront and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hostess is extremely nice and welcoming. I was very happy to spend a couple of nights at this homestay :)

Phong Nha Memory Homestay está en Phong Nha y dispone de vistas a la ciudad, bicicletas gratis, jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante. Una de las casas de familia con las vistas más hermosas de Phong Nha. Si quieres una habitación con vistas al río Son Thuyet, debes reservar con antelación. Si no puedes reservar, no está mal, la casa de familia tiene una zona de descanso justo al lado del río. Por la tarde, tumbarse aquí bebiendo cerveza y admirando el paisaje también es muy agradable.

Phong Nha Green Homestay tiene vistas a la ciudad y está en Phong Nha. Cuenta con restaurante, cocina compartida, bar, jardín, piscina al aire libre abierta todo el año y terraza. Tienen un jardín muy bonito y un supermercado y atm en frente del hotel que es muy cómodo. El dueño nos fue a buscar a dónde nos dejó el bus y fue muy amable.

Funny Monkeys Homestay se encuentra en Phong Nha y ofrece wifi gratis, bicicletas gratis, terraza y restaurante. La atención del personal fue excelente, son muy simpáticas y serviciales, nos facilitaron los tours y la transportación al siguiente destino. El homestay es muy cómodo y tiene vista al río.

Carambola Bungalow tiene vistas a la ciudad y está en Phong Nha. Cuenta con restaurante, cocina compartida, bar, jardín y terraza. En la casa rural, tanto el wifi como el parking privado son gratis. Our host, Ha was very-very nice. Take his suggestions about the beautiful neighborhood with confidence. Our room was facing to the river, and it was beautiful.

Very nice and welcoming family, we got breakfast and a dinner, which was both delicious. Nice room and balcony, everything was very clean, nice neighborhood, only 5 minutes to the beach.

Our room was big, comfortable, everything worked and whilst possibly considered more 'basic' was perfect for myself and my daughter. Hot water shower, super clean bedroom and bathroom, good lighting, useful TV with decent channels for the evenings, air con AMAZING and a very good fan also. Lots of towels. I LOVE the VN mattresses, super firm and a great nights sleep. The pillows were OK but we are very fussy about pillows. Wif worked well. Also worth mentioning is that this homestay is very very well designed. There are no external windws in the rooms and the rooms come off a dark cool corridor (also with no windows) - at our visit Dong Hoi waa ridicualously hot and humid; going back to the homestay was excellent and cool, the room wasnt too hot at all :-) Highly recommedn this place, we stayed for longer and will certainly have good memeories form here and return if we come back to Dong Hoi for a third time. La habitación en casa particular ofrece wifi y parking privado, ambos gratis. - They picked us up from the bus on motorbikes (probably won’t work if you have suitcases but we had backpacks!) - Helped us when we got food poisoning with medicine and bananas - Playing tag with the little kids was fun - Organised a cheap taxi to Dong Hoi for us cos there was no bus for a long time - The view from our room was SPECTACULAR - The bathroom is really big and there was everything we needed - The beds were really big and comfy - Organised cheap scooter for us for 150k per day
