Leanne the manager was super friendly and helpful. She booked our safari of Addo with Norman from Sundaze adventures. That was fantastic. Norman was awesome. The spar shop and taste of Africa restaurant was a 2minute walk away. The food was delicious, generous portions and inexpensive. The lodge also had lamod that worked during load shedding. The restaurant was open during load shedding. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful

The hotel manager was the most nice and hospital person with wonderful recommendations and tips. She took great care of us. Breakfast was great, location is very convenient towards addo elephant park (South Gate) with shop, restaurant at walking distance. Beds were very good, WiFi was good. I would definitely come back.

Happy Jackal is conveniently located 2 km from the South Gate to Addo National Park. This guest house features an outdoor pool and the spacious rooms come with satellite TV, and a refrigerator. I miss Sousette's smile and hospitality. Peaceful place , friendly atmosphere, delicious dinners and homebaked bread. The safari in Addo National Park was an unforgettable experience. 10 out of 10!
