Beautiful modern villa with wonderful attention to detail to be found everywhere. Pool and jacuzzi were great. Service from the hosts was truly excellent, not least the magnificent breakfast served on the terrace each morning, the tips for local sightseeing and a surprise strawberry mojito to die for.

Amazing location, near several beaches easily reachable by foot, but also close to prime locations for day trips or nights out such as Saint Tropez or Le Lavandou. The Villa itself is very spacious and has a great salt water pool and patio for the days when the beaches are a bit too crowded. Room was clean and quiet, with a very large bed. Finally Manu, Enrico and Ivan are the best hosts you can wish for, they make you feel right at home and are always there to help and joke with you. On top of this Manu is a great cook, giving you the option to eat at home in those evenings when you don't feel like going out. Cannot beat this accommodation!

Fred went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, providing us with excellent tips, detailed instructions, and a genuine willingness to assist in any way he could. His politeness and hospitality were second to none. The location of Villa Sunbeach is simply unbeatable. Situated right on the beach, the rooms offer breathtaking views of the sea, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sound of the waves and enjoy a panoramic spectacle from the comfort of your own bed. The proximity to the beach is a true luxury, and the small, clean, and uncrowded stretch of sand is a hidden oasis in itself. The villa's shared kitchen is well-equipped and immaculately clean, making it convenient to prepare meals. A lovely table situated in front of the villa offers a delightful spot to enjoy your culinary creations while savoring the picturesque surroundings. Additionally, each guest is provided with two sunbeds, allowing for ultimate relaxation and the opportunity to soak up the glorious sun on the beach.

All was good. Friendly family, good breakfast, sweeping pool, calm and peace, very beautiful territory and villa. Sea not so far, 8min by walk, beach is also good and not a lot of people. We enjoyed all.

The hosts are wonderful and kind people. I hadn't paid attention to the check in time and showed up late, the host let me in and made sure I would find my way to the room. I also recommend taking the breakfast - the view is breathtaking and we enjoyed getting to know about the hosts and their adventures.

We had a lovely stay. The room was beautifully finished with many details added for the comfort of the guests. We were around the corner from the town center and were able to take in the lively town market. We were able to drive to many excellent beaches within minutes. We toured St Maxime and St Tropez as well as Mougins. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the warm welcome from their friendly pup!
