Very good value for money. Of course, there are some things that don't work properly or could use a renovation... but if you keep in mind the incredibly low price, you'll find that you actually get much more than you paid for. Beautiful garden, lovely pool with a very nice water temperature ( )not freezing cold like in other places) and contrary to what other reviews say: the water does have circulation and is clean. AC works great (sometimes a bit noisy), lots of very hot water in the shower and lovely cats and dogs around (other reviews mentioned aggressive street dogs, which is absolutely ridiculous. These dogs are just barking because strangers walk around, yet they are very lovely and do not bite at all). It is a very safe area, not dodgy or scary at night and very quiet because it is off the main road. There are lots of restaurants and minimarkets and also bigger supermarkets in walking distance. Didn't use the TV (who watches TV on vacation?). Shared kitchen has two large fridges, all the amenities one could need and everyone cleans up their own mess. Works fine. Housecleaning is only done if you put the "please clean my room" sign on the door handle (and please leave a tip on the bed). Comfortable and large bed, big bathroom and shower.

Incredible place beyond the beautiful nature of Bali. This place is awsome, such a little paradise. The staff is very welcoming and so nice. The owners Paul & Caroline are amazing, they took really care of us with the best advices. The pool gives a wonderful view of the sea. Also, very good breakfast with a lot of choices.
