The room was clean, beautifully decorated and the tub was awesome. the coffee and breakfast snacks were included along with celebratory Prosecco. Would highly recommend as location is near the beach and one of the nicest stays we’ve had!

The stay at the B&B was wonderful. The flat is beautiful and cosy, very well equipped - there was everything you need for a great holiday. A very nice detail was the lovely balcony belonging to the flat. Cleanliness of the highest standard. Great location, right by the sea and close to Ostia main railway station. Very friendly and helpful host. Italian style breakfasts, delicious coffee, bottle of wine to the welcome. I will have very pleasant memories of the stay and hope to be able to return to this place again someday. I heartily recommend this apartament.
