Lovely guest house, Damir and his wife were very welcoming. Welcome tea and breakfasts were great. Such a nice view from the rooms over the lake. Very clean and comfortable, heater was provided so we were nice and warm. A 10 minute drive to Bokonbaeyvo.

This is a beautiful retreat on the shore of Issyk Kul. The property is beautiful with great views and fruit trees and even activities like ping pong which we did not use. the yurt was beautiful and the rooms also looked very nice. Shower facilities were great and the pool looked refreshing and, clean though we did not use it. There are not words to adequately describe the kindness and welcome of the owners. They can communicate well in English or local language and are amazingly friendly, without coming on too strong. meals were also great. Gap yok!

The family who run this place were so helpful and friendly we wanted to stay longer than originally planned. They even drove us into town to the local CBT centre once or twice. Admittedly, we HAD taken a risk when booking this place as it was new and had no reviews. It just so happens that taking that risk was one of the best things we did during our tour. A big thank you yet again to Svetlana guest house, for their warmth and hospitality… we wish you all the luck in the world! We will send more Welsh people! 😀

Good services (the owner organized a private driver to get us to skazka canyon and mantly ata and back; the driver waited for us for the whole time), dinner was great (it coated an extra but it was worth it), the breakfast was very good, too. Also,, WiFi was available

I really enjoyed staying at Nurgul’s. Her home is very comfortable and clean. Nurgul is also very lovely. A note to other travellers - Google Maps takes you to the wrong location, so contact Nurgul beforehand for proper directions.
