The house is super clean and well equipped, even deckchairs and beach equipment. Enjoyed sitting out on the deck, the trees give a good amount of shade through the hottest part of the day. Excellent location 5 minutes to good supermarkets, 10 minutes to Siesta Key Beach and 16 to Turtle beach both with free parking. The host was extremely helpful answering questions quickly.

The air conditioner was quiet and in good working condition. The pools were cleaned daily and had a wonderful tropical feel. We also enjoyed the music that was played throughout the resort.
