Despite the central location the guesthouse is extremely quiet, with no street noise. The room was huge and the beds were extremely comfortable- we had the best sleep we’ve had in a long time! The architecture is gorgeous, the photos just don’t do it justice! The guesthouse has everything you need for a comfortable short or longer term stay, including a well equipped kitchen if you would like to do some cooking. The host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

At El Balcon de los Reyes rooms come with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. We loved everything about the place. The view is breathtaking, and the owner and staff are the kindest people on earth. We will definitely stay there again.

Felt very safe and had secure parking. Nice views of the valley and volcanoes. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to eat.

I stayed in one of the river cabins, very comfyand beautiful interior, loved sleeping with the sound of the river. Andrea went out of herway to make us feel comfortable. I’m a very difficult eater butshe prepared me a special and delicious breakfast every morning (best I’ve had in Ecuador!) I hope to come back one day! Only thing I would recommend is to make a watertank freely available for guests (:
