The staff at the hotel (Khalid, Abdul, Nader and the owner himself Mr. Lido Walid) were so approachable and helpful with everything that I needed. Such nice people to also talk to. The hotel provides a beautiful view of the pyramids. I enjoyed having breakfast every morning looking at the pyramids. Also took car services provided by the hotel. It was a very smooth and comfortable stay. My Lido Walid was very helpful and happily provided everything required for a comfortable stay.

You can see three pyramids perfectly. The room was comfortable and very tidy, the AC worked well and wifi too. Breakfast has a various of menu and you can enjoyed the view while eating. And every single people working there was friendly and responsible. They said this hotel just opened 6,7 months ago but they are professional team and the property was just amazing. We would like to stay again for sure!

Our host Kareem was so helpful... he helped with a wonderful driver to go to visit sites and lots of recommendations along the way. I was worried about our driver finding the property early in the AM to make our flight and Kareem was up early to support us and ease my nerves. It was like staying with family and we will return.

All units have a fireplace. At the guest house, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. The host Dr Susan is gem of a lady. She is so nice and humble. Every time you talk to her you feel good and get positive vibes. The room and bathroom was super clean. Breakfast provided was delicious and the falafel was one of the best that we had in Egypt. We were vegan and Dr Susan made sure to serve us vegan breakfast by modifying it. Dr Susan treats guests like family members. She will make sure the guests are always comfortable and care for them like her own kids. We had late evening bus to Aswan on the day of checkout but Dr Susan allowed us for late checkout. That was really nice gesture from her. We wish we could have stayed more. But we are surely gonna be back just to meet the super wonderful hard working lady Dr Susan. We will miss you mam..

Yousef and his staff are absolutely hospitable. Yousef is amazing. He treats you and welcomes you like family. He's always ready to help if you ever need anything too. Great view of the pyramids and good facilities to make your stay comfortable. The local neighborhood is lively, entertaining and friendly too.
