This East Sussex guest house has free Wi-Fi and is within 15 minutes’ walk of the Royal Hippodrome Theatre and the town’s 1930s bandstand. Wonderful location at the start of the Marine Parade. The owner was very helpful and gave us a restaurant recommendation. The fitting room was comfortable, as was the bed. I would definitely stay at Ebor Lodge again!

At the guest house, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. The place exceeded our expectations! Hosts are very nice people who've made the whole place feel like home away from home. Every day there were freshly baked cookies/cakes downstairs which tasted so good! (for free!!). The view from our room was breath taking and even more amazing on our last 2 nights as the host was so kind to upgrade us to a room upstairs :)) Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location is ~15-20 min walk from the town centre and close by are shops/restaurants. Beautiful promenade/walking path next to the sea. We truly enjoyed our stay in Eastbourne and suggest everyone to stay at Seaview Sanctuary!

Around 15 minutes walk to the beach and the seaside, perfect for us. Bed nicely sized, not lots of stretching out space but it's a bed room, bed, lamp, TV if in the mood to watch, all you need. Plus a bottle of water in fridge each day was great Breakfast was really nice as well, always lots of choice

Breakfast was amazing (gluten and lactose free options available and so good). The staff is very polite and friendly, ready to make your stay as comfortable and simple as possible and helping you with every possible issue.

Beautiful house with beautiful art - a comfortable living room to read a book in, a gorgeous dining room to enjoy breakfast in, and a beautiful bedroom with exceptionally comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing and the owners took care to accommodate my gluten free needs. The couple that owns the house is a delight to interact with and our overall experience allowed us to get a glimpse into English life while exploring nearby countryside and towns. We had originally booked for 1 night but ended up staying 2 (would have stayed longer if there was availability). The house is also in a great location for both city exploration and nearby towns, castles and gardens.
