The staff were superb, the room was perfect, lots of information on the hotel and surrounding areas, nothing was a problem for them. Right next to the beach - perfect. Located in Key West, 1.5 km from Higgs Beach, The Porch on Frances Inn provides air-conditioned rooms and express check-in and check-out. Jeff and Belinda are great. They gave as a really warm welcome and were really caring and helpful during our stay. Jeff and Belinda alone would be worth to come to this place. The room and bathroom was very clean. The furnitures and other stuff in the room were carefully selected to fit in this renovated house with its lovely history. We can highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay in Key West.
