The owners! Nik was a great and super nice host. They gave us a welcome with a locañ alcoholic drink and home made jam. They also did our laundry for free. It has a free parking and it is 5 mins by car from.the beach. Dhermi is amazing. Dont fall in the Ksamil/Sarande trap!!!

The terrace is fantastic. The flat is very clean. The location is perfect if you have a car. It is in the old town. It was great to immerse in the culture. Aliki was a great host. She gave us some fruit with walnuts when we arrived and offered coffee and biscuits for breakfast. It is only 10 min walk from the monastery.

If you have a car it's the best value of money but if you don't you have to walk like 3km to go to the beach, it's a nice walk down but on the way back it's better to take a taxi or hitchhike. There's a shop and restaurant nearby too. The small village on the way is beautiful.
