The room was very clean, comfy and well maintained. The main beach of Lozenets is on 3-5 minutes walking distance. Beach Koral is also in a walking distance. The hosts were very polite and responsive. I founded very good and fast reaction whenever I had a request or needed help for something. I do highly recommend the place for anyone who wants to relax in a clean place, close to the beach and without all the noise from the center of Lozenets. The price is one of the best in the region.

The room size is enough, not too big, more like in hotels, but everything works well. We like the inside Villa Garage which is perfect for the car in summer. Also the pool with heated water was just amazing. Breakfast was good, maybe not great, but this is Villa and not a big hotel. As for the area - it is a walking distance from the Centre, but you need to pass some road w/o lights, so we used the car anyway.

The pool was clean, the area is secure. The villa is very close to a wild beach which was unfortunatelly not suitable for children because of the algae in the water but there was another beach 10 minutes away (walking distance with small children).

There is a store nearby, it is not a supermarket, but you can buy drinks and stuff like that. I liked that the building is in a green area, there are trees around the villas. Also a quiet place, it is not in the village center, but still it will take you around 5 mins walking to get there. We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment, big terrace, rooms were big enough.
