The hostess is a very nice girl Desislava. We arrived at night. Desislava met us, explained everything and showed us the room. Studio room on the third floor. Impeccable cleanliness. I have never seen such a clean room. The room has everything you need: mini-kitchen with appliances, kettle, microwave oven, TV. We are satisfied and recommend to everyone!

Brilliant location to the city and shops. We felt very safe at the property as there is a private entrance to the apartment and a locked gate to the building. It was clean, and seemed newly renovated. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Pleven. The host was lovely and gave us some homemade cake.

Very nice spacy apartment, tidy and clean, interesting planning with balconies in every room ,it’s obviously the hosts do their best and they really care about their guests comfort, beds are comfortable, linen and towels are clean , there are washing and drying machines, dishwasher, etc. As for some comments from other guests-yes the kettle didn’t turn off automatically but it was not a big deal to us , also we didn’t get how to start hot water , we followed the instructions but water was slightly warm , I think if we called the host they would help us to sort that out but we only stayed for one night and were ok with that . Otherwise it’s a really welcoming accommodation with its own parking spot and I would say it is almost perfect :) I highly recommend !!
