Check-in was easy, we were sent a helpful, personalised video in advance explaining everything for check-in as we were arriving after reception closed. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with towels, robes, etc and the beds were comfortable. The apartment and balcony also had a lovely view over one of the lakes. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!

Excellent shuttle service every half hour in the morning to the ski lifts and arrival departure shuttle to the railway station which was appreciated. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice and eggs cooked to order. Could have done with a wider choice of Jams maybe? The restaurant was exceptional with an excellent evening menu - couldn’t fault it. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful - typical Swiss hospitality!
