Exceptional check in experience. Fully cared for including useful information and maps of area. Mountain views. Immaculately clean apartment with everything needed for self catering. Ideal for families. Location was five minutes from local shop and many restaurants. Station and cable cars within ten minute walk. I highly recommend a stay here .

The location is fantastic for exploring the Aletsch glacier and the surrounding valleys and mountains. A short walk to the local shops and other amenities makes it a brilliant location to stay. The views from the chalet balcony make sitting out on a sunny evening definitely worth it! The owners were fantastic and left instructions for us as they couldnt meet us there. It had all that you needed in the kitchen and the added bonus of the washing machine and dryer. Would highly recommend.

I think if I was 'opening for the season' I would have made sure there was hot water available to guests a priority! The dining room was not open and we had to go to another hotel in the village (seemingly under the same ownership) for dinner. The breakfast was served in the Hotel Lodge Inn and was adequate.
