Very clean and tidy, had all the essentials we needed and was really pleased that a Swiss plug adapter had been left for us to use as I did not realise that I would need one which was different to the other countries in Europe that I have visited. We had originally booked for the hotel next door which was much more expensive and did not have 24 hr check in and because our flight was very late and delayed, I’m really pleased we changed. Location is beautiful - awesome views in all directions. The apartment is super comfortable - we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and relaxing in the living room. Host Sonja is soooo friendly and welcoming. She went out of her way to provide exceptional service and extra touches. The parking spot in the underground garage was terrific. In my opinion, Brunnen is the perfect place to experience Lake Lucerne - the mountains are magnificent on the north and east ends of the Lake. And the city of Lucerne is only 30 minutes away.
