Very nice but small apartment. We enjoyed our stay there. The owner Alfonso is very friendly and helpful. You need to be aware the the apartment (the one with the balcony) is quiet small and the kitchen has only two hot plates and is very narrow. For us it was no issue because we stayed only 4 nights and did not cook a lot. The best is the location. Right next to the border to the historical town center but still quiet during the night. No issues with smell from the sewage (we had that in several apartments in Tenerife). Parking options at the street (however sometimes you need to search for a free place). Nice balcony with the view of Teide.

Super clean, I guess the villa was still brend newly renovated. The small pool was clean. Beds are top comfortable. All supplies and equipment were available and new.
