Amazing location in the most stunning village in the Lake District. A very easy check in and out process, fantastic communication from staff, all the essentials provided. A very comfortable apartment and so good to have a full sized fridge in the kitchen! The apartment comes with a parking pass too, which made the stay much easier and more affordable. So many incredible choices for food and shopping within the town too. An excellent selection of chain retailers and local stores.

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the views from our window were picturesque, offering a serene backdrop to our stay. The location was ideal for exploring the natural beauty of the Lake District, with easy access to roads, trails and lakes. Tarn Hows was close by and simply quintessentially English countryside at its best! What truly set this B&B apart was the genuine care and hospitality of the hosts. Ambleside is lovely, the hotel is in an excellent location a few minutes walk from the center, and a few minutes walk from many hiking trails in the area. The hosts are kind, they helped us a lot with every request, including recommendations for routes and even providing detailed maps. The room is large, spacious and very clean, the shower is great. The wifi reception was very good. The breakfast was excellent, lots of options and all very tasty. Vegans are also well taken care of, including excellent homemade vegan sausages, spreads and more. All very tasty. We are very happy that we came and highly recommend

There is no parking at the property, but Adie gave us a permit so that we could park nearby. The room was spotless, and the breakfasts were fabulous. Very clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped for everything we needed to spend the week exploring the area. Key collection and parking was easy (just use the disc in the house). Info folder in the house was very useful. We did a lot of cooking so very pleased that the kitchen was so well stocked with the basics, unlike previous holiday homes we have been too.
