It was a perfect stay! The location is quiet and peaceful with a wonderful view. The owners are super friendly and helpful. They also make a perfect breakfast. The porridge was exceptionally good. The rooms are big and clean. The property was beautiful and clean. They also love animals. We were lucky to see so many little birds and a squirrel during our breakfast. It was just wonderful.

Walking distance to the Longlands Inn which served great food. Walked past the Greenlands Farm Village which had loads of activities, but we were only there for 2 nights for a wedding on the Saturday so didn't get to see much of the area. Convenient for Lancaster and the M6.

The welcome basket and fresh milk in the fridge were a nice touch as was the card from the owners. It is clear a lot of thought and effort was given by the owners in preparing the cottage. The location itself in Bentham works very well. The village has plenty of amenities and is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful surrounding area. I would highly recommend and will book again when visiting the region.
