This property exceeded our expectations. It is located in a small corner of paradise, surrounded by nature. There is a small spring with drinking water nearby. It's a new and modern building with a rustic style. The taste is immaculate, and we couldn't think of anything missing. Outside, there are sun loungers, tables, and chairs. Three bicycles are available for guests, and there's plenty to explore in the surrounding area. The interior is brand new, modern, and sparkling clean. The beds are very comfortable. There are many restaurants in the area, some within a 10-minute walk. Finally, the hosts really made the difference. They are welcoming and hospitable people who do everything with passion. We are so happy we stayed here! The property is a 12 minute walk from the Jezerce bus stop (1.5 hours from Zadar via Flixbus). Plitvice Lakes, entrance 2, is a 40 minute walk and there is a market that takes 20 minutes to walk to (we were fine without a car). The room is beautiful and immaculate with nice design features. The breakfast includes breads, cheeses, salami, cereal, fruits, yogurts and freshly made to order omelettes! We ate until we were full and prepared for a full day of hiking in the national park! The family that owns the property is so welcoming and friendly. They made a special night for us when they learned it was one of our birthdays.

This was a great place to use as a launch to Plitvice National Park. The hosts were very communicative through the app, and I arrived as planned in the early evening. It took me a little time to orient myself to the place and due to my limited language skills I didn't locate the office right away. But once I found the host all was fine. My room was bigger than I expected, was clean, and had a nice-sized bathroom. Lots of green space around the inn, and picnic tables for relaxing outdoors. It was a very short drive to the entrance to Plitvice, Wifi signal and internet speed were both good, and I was able to video conference from my room.

First of all the owner was the best. She was so sweet and kind. House was decorated nicely so the atmosphere was amazing. The kitchen and every other part of house was equipped so well that we were shocked. There was a parking spot in front of the house which is also a big advantage. Outside there was a lot of places to relax so there is something for everyone. Last but not at least. There were a cat and a dog here who were really cute and friendly. We would definitely recommend it❤️

The breakfast at Villa Verde is probably the best I have had anywhere, plentiful, big variety and really delicious. It definitely sets you up for the day. Our room was large and comfortable. The host gave us great advice for a route in the National Park and for restaurants. He also recommended a visit to Rastoke which is stunning.
