The location is fantastic, the view is fantastic, the room is fantastic. We came later then expected exhausted from cycling, and the hostess gave us a great dinner. The bathroom is great, shower was so warm even at faucet half open towards warm. There is everything needed in the bathroom, and more! TV with a lot of programs (OK, I needed only croatian ones, but there are slovenian and austrian too), fast and stable WiFi, water kettle and a small fridge, more than enough tables and chairs - and a couch. Yes, the room is big enough that there is a couch. We came by car, but brought our bikes specifically to bike around Istria. Teta San room is next to Parenzana, and a great base for exploring Istria either by bike or by car.

The owners are a super nice and amiable couple with a cute and quiet little dog (if you’re a dog person, expect a warm welcome 🥰🐶). A cozy apartment equipped with everything you might need. It is located outside of Motovun (down the hill), but if you like to walk, we recommend walking up to town, and at night, you’ll have a really starry path (if you’re lucky to have clear skies 😇✨).

Sandra was very kind and helpful. The accommodation couldn't be in a better location, in the center of Motovun, with free parking nearby (you can park between the blue lines, the yellow spaces are for locals). Moreover Sandra also helped with the delivery of the packages, both there and back, even though the arrival was early in the evening. On the way back, we didn't have a big package, but it was raining, so she helped even then. / Szandra kifejezetten kedves és segítőkész volt. A szállás jobb helyen nem is lehetne, Motovun központjában áll, ráadásul ingyenes parkolással a közelben (a kék vonalak közé lehetséges parkolni, a sárga helyekre nem a helyieké) Sőt, Szandra a csomagok szállításában is segített, oda és vissza is, pedig az érkezés kora este volt. Visszafelé már nem volt nagy csomagunk, de esett az eső, emiatt segített ő akkor is.

This house was very well designed with though given to each detail. Very new and modern! The house is beautiful and the site and surroundings have been designed very thoughtfully to give a relaxing setting. The pool is gorgeous with its view overlooking the fields below and the sunset views are even better. The upper deck off the living room is very relaxing at the end of the day. Very comfortable, easy to find, easy check in and accommodating host who welcomed us with a wonderful food tray just after arrival. It was a delight to stay here and we really enjoyed our time.
