Ordo Hotel is a recently renovated guest house in Karakol, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities.

Mars and his family were exceptionally warm and hospitable. Mars had deep knowledge of the places around and appropriately guided us. He went out of his way on all occasions to make sure we had a pleasant stay - he ensured there were vegetarian options for breakfast and organised early breakfast on request, arranged local transport, recommended restaurants for local food, helped us buy bus tickets and generally made sure we had a comfortable stay. Mars was always smiling and ever ready to help. We highly recommend his homestay for anyone looking for accommodation in Karakol.

everything was great! the host got in touch almost immediately after the booking, provided all the needed information on finding the property and getting in, setting the right and comfortable room temperature at the apartment etc. the property was sparkling clean. we stayed with two kids and its a prefect setting for a family visits. highly recommended!

This property was well located, with restaurants, cafes and interesting sites all within walking distance. We loved our hosts Sergei, Ljuba and Bella, who made us feel very welcome - and with a bit of Google Translate to help us with our Russian, they made us feel totally at home. Our room with private bathroom was quirky, comfortable and clean, and perfect for our needs while visiting Karakol.

Spotlessly clean, spacious room, more like a mini suite really. Comfortable bed and mountain views from the windows. Attention to detail was noticeable; a very professionally run guesthouse in a peaceful location. Excellent breakfasts (something different every day) served in a communal dining room, an excellent way to meet other travellers. Very attentive hosts, Svetlana and Sasha, and the lovely kind lady who served breakfast spoke enough English to overcome the language barrier.

The room is clean and big, and the facility is newly built. The hot water shower is the best we had in Kyrgyzstan. The hosts, Askar and Jibek are extremely friendly and kind. The whole family is so lovely and hospitable. They helped us to arrange the transportation with the best price and answered all our questions. They also took us to Ak- suu resort, bus station and sauna. Their sheep and dried fruit shouldn’t be missed. Will come back next time:) thank you
