He's maintaining a high standard and does it easily.,which for the guest helps you relax straight away.Close to all things you need and 5 minutes from bus or railway station. It was a quick stay but the host ensured I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. The room was very large with lots of areas to sit and or set your personal items on which was appreciated. I had a spacious kitchen to cook if I preferred (grocery store right down the street). The bathroom was on the smaller side but had everything you’d need.

We stayed for three nights to explore Batticaloa, where we rented bicycles from the accommodation and were given recommendations for where to explore and where to eat. Thank you for a great stay, value-money very good. The caretaker is very nice! We hung our clothes after washing at the rooftop and went out. It started raining while we were gone and he was so sweet to take them off the rope. We also rented his motorbike for a day.
