It’s a beautiful and quaint property that Karu and his family care about. The pool was refreshing and the house is across the road from a beautiful lake to watch the sunset. Karu’s mother cooks all of the meals and she is a master chef. I loved my time here.

The location is superb. Easy travel to the Lion Rock, Pidurangela, elephant safari, Polonnaruwa, Dambulla Caves. The host, Rohan, is very accommodating, and he and his family are lovely. Don't miss a dinner at the treehouse - delicious food served beautifully. An easy walk to the local restaurants. Rohan offers trips to the various sights. For the Jeep safari, we chose Eco Park. It was great. Rohan was knowledgeable about the elephants, birds, etc.
