Upon my arrival I felt I had the 'flu, but Marnia quickly realise that it was worse than that. Two days later she called the SAMU who, somehow, she got to arrive within one hour. She stayed with me until they had loaded me, via a second floor window, into an ambulance and I was in hospital within two hours. Marnia then visited me in the hospital having bought me new pairs of pyjamas and slippers(!) and good things to eat. Her hospitality, always with a smile, even in the darkest moment was exceptional. One never knows when things are running smoothly how a person will react in a crisis. Marnia was quite perfect, cool, calm, collected and resourceful, knowing exactly both what to do and how to get it done. Thank you Marnia from the bottom of my heart for all you did, possibly to save my life. And the fact that you look like Catherine Deneuve added to the pleasure of the experience! Ciao!

What was very cool about this hotel, is the underground free parking which is rarity for the most of hotels located in the city of Luxemburg. The staff was very friendly and ready to help with all our requests (especially thanks to Maria we felt ourselves like at home!!!). The european breakfast was tasty, especially bakery. The room was clean with a very comfortable double bed and a cozy balcony. I can only recommend this hotel!!!
