Very quiet and peaceful place with nice views. Vítor was always available for any problem or a question and was kind enough to let me use the kitchen of the main house. The Quinta is well maintained and with nice veraity of farm animals and even an Emu bird. I enjoyed taking long walks on the Ecovia do Vez , 30 km of trails that start from Ponte de Barca to Sistelo.

We have stayed here a few times now and find the host extremely help and friendly. This time we stayed in the house separate from the main accommodation. This was private, comfortable and clean. The location is great for us and have always found it well priced. It has a lovely swimming pool,great place to relax after a busy day.

The owner Elizabeth and her family were truly loving and kind. The food was clean, fresh, and amazing. My room had a Feng Shui simplicity. It was so calm with great energy, as was the entire property. The proximity to the Penada Geres National Park and all the adventures it has to offer. Elizabeth had excellent recommendations on trails and activities. I loved the dinners and conversation at the end of the day. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away to the outdoors!

The kitchen has everything you need, the swimming pool is very pleasant, it’s cleaned on a daily basis. The area is very calm but you’re less than 15 mins from villages with shops and many restaurants - perfect for resting. A charming little village with friendly people and a little cafe for coffee, beer, and a few snacks.
