Casa Soarelui is an extraordinary charming place. We enjoyed it very much. They offer an abundant breakfast. But you can also prepare your own food in the guest kitchen.There is also a mosquito safe dining/sitting room, which is nicely decorated. The landlady speaks good English and is very helpful. Her husband runs boat trips in the delta (Romanian only). You can even use 2 bicycles for free. The bus station, 3 restaurants, the supermarket are all very close.

We would happily return here, everything has been exceptional, hosts are very helpful and the whole unit is clean and to a very high standard, we found use of kitchen to be a plus as it gives you a more familiar experience, if we could give more stars we would as it’s been extraordinary. Pleasantly surprised, we spent few relaxing days. Friendly staff, clean facility and beautiful nature. All you need to have a great staying. Facility offers free wifi and the owners are organizing amazing boat trips on Danube Delta. You better make a reservation for trips prior to arriving, as they have many requests. We enjoyed every minute. We strongly recommend.

The owners’ daughter Ioana was simply brilliant: was doing all the communication as she is the only one speaking very good English. Hosts arranged a boat trip for us in Danube delta which was simply amazing. And food in the property is delicious , homemade and extremely good value for money. Our special love goes to the dog Goofy, who made our stay unforgettable.

Very close to the boat pier. The host has 2 boats and he can arrange trips all over the canals and waterways to enjoy whatever you like...birds, waterlily, fishing comunity and of course to visit villages of the delta and enjoy local cuisine with fresh caught fish!!!
