Superb. 2-bed/2-bath apartment recently renovated. Spotlessly clean. Very modern waterfall rain showers in both rooms. Has small kitchen, so practical for longer stays. Welcome basket had breads, cookies, water, juices, wine and fruit. Coffee espresso maker too. Amazing location below First Tower (The Guaita), and short walk to Witches’ Path. Owner is very sweet lady.

The location was perfect. The apartment was so charming, clean, and welcoming. Paola (owner) was so helpful and communicated early and frequently—always responsive. We slept well and the breakfast was very good. She also provided us a voucher to offset parking costs (which was inexpensive) and tourist vouchers that offset some of the costs to museums.

We came late in the night and check in was not a problem. The hist was nice, the room very spacious and breakfast was delicuous, with a view of San Marino towers in the distance. And there is a private parking.
