Perfect place in Ao Nang, a bit far from crowded and noisy center of this town. Everything is as described, room was clean and spacious, that was so comfortable during our trip. You could feel the relief in this room. AC was working fine, fridge ok, nice to have simple breakfast included as well. There is a possiblity to make a laundry, which is a addtional plus.

I stayed there for two days. one of the best hotels I tried so far in Thailand . This is a family run business and they are all so kind and helpful . they offer transportation so they are very willing to take you downtown , rent a scooter or transfer you to the next location . my room was clean , with decent view on the river. it wad comfy and very nice on my last day they offered me green curry with rice while I was checking out and it was really good :) I liked the hotel atmosphere, it was really calm

Really picturesque location, a short walk from the national park. This area has so many things to do and an information booklet is provided as well which is such a nice touch ! Room service for food was great after a long day travelling and the staff are so attentive, keeping water and coffee topped up. We had a really great time whilst staying here.

The house consists of a living room with kitchen at the ground level and at the second level 2 bedrooms with a bathroom each. The kitchen is well equipped. The living room has a dining area and two convertible sofas. The bedrooms can be darkened sufficiently. The garden consists of a private pool and parking lot, a BBQ, a dining area and a washing machine behind the house. The gate is no-see-through, so even though there is a hotel next door, it's absolutely private. It's also very quiet. Having a hotel nearby has the advantage of signposts and an address you can tell every Tuktuk driver. The pool is very nice and does not have a curfew (as in many hotels). It is well lit even at night. Nearby you have a lot of restaurants, massage parlours and laundries. The parking is spacious and easily fitted our big SUV. If you want to take a longtail or go to the beach, you might consider walking or taking a Tuktuk, as parking is extremely limited. Excellent base for excursions to Ko Phi Phi or Krabi (we had a car - I don't know about other transport).
