excellent location. our room was spotlessly clean, the amenities 3rd floor was fantastic, and kept very clean, best I’ve seen & we’ve travelled extensively. the apartment was very well appointed, everything you could need. in terms of price, you have to look at that from a market perspective rather than what the $$ mean to you, & in comparison to the other hotels of this calibre in Philly, which like most big cities in the world, is expensive it represents excellent value for money. Great location. Nearby free parking was a big help, too. Extremely clean place. Beds were unbelievably comfortable. The rooftop deck offered a spectacular view of the city. Having two bathrooms was very convenient. Wonderful neighborhood on a pretty quiet street, given it's in the city. Certainly plan to return to this spot. A great price, too, for a terrific place.

We loved our stay at StayRafa. The place was great. We loved the space, kitchen, cleanliness, bedding, bed size was very good. Lots of sunlight inside the home. Place was close to city within walking distance for many stuff. Parking was nearby. Owner had shared a great guide book. And stayed in touch for any queries. Overall it place was great.
