Any issues or questions I had they did everything they could to help me. The hostel is kept very clean and the kitchen and living area is very modern and comfortable. The location is perfect, a short walk to the chair lifts and supermarkets/ bars and restaurants. El Tarter is a very nice calm village but also has some nice apres if that's what your looking for!
