Everything was exeptional. The apartment was big, sunny, clean and fully equipped. Wifi connection was stable and fast. The staff was kind and polite The spa is small, but enough for relaxation.

BOUTIQUE Hotel ENTRY E offers a garden, a terrace and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. Great place to stay, very nice and clean, next to the mountain so it has a stunning view. Very friendly and accommodating staff!

The stuff was hospitable, the food was perfect. The pool was always warm/hot, there was hot water in bathroom all the time and the rooms were warm throughout the whole day. Great stay for the value. They also gave us a baby cot in one of the rooms.

The place was super clean and warm, and very welcoming. We stayed for 6 nights and even got a change of sheets/towels halfway through! The staff were very lovely and accommodating. There are 2 kitchen, a small kitchen with just a fridge/kettle and microwave, and a large kitchen with everything- so best of both worlds!

Very good wifi signal (was important as I was working during the stay). Nice and quiet apartment complex close to Gondola, with a terrace where you can have morning coffee with a view of green grass and Pirin mountains. Very fast and pleasant communication with the owner. Highly recommended overall!
