Ideally located on a residential street, but just 10 minutes' walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls B&B offers free WiFi and on-site parking. Kevin and his lovely wife ( Ann ) were amazing and very nice and helpful with sharing information about the areas attractions. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with private parking and within walking distance to the falls. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

Stay in the heart of Niagara Falls – Excellent location – show map The Butler House Bed & Breakfast is an American Craftsman-style Foursquare residence built circa 1910 located in the Park Place... Recently came back from a trip to Niagara with my husband. We stayed in the Regatta Room which was beautiful and very comfortable. Jamie and Dan were amazing hosts and gave us plenty of suggestions of what to do in the area and where to eat. The two course breakfasts were absolutely superb.

Located within 5 minutes' drive from Niagara Falls, this bed and breakfast features a daily full hot Canadian breakfast. Guest rooms are uniquely decorated and each includes free Wi-Fi. Sunny was amazing! She was so sweet and accommodating with great recommendations for dinner and directions. She does everything herself from cooking an awesome breakfast, to cleaning, to reservation help and check-in. She even went way out of her way to make my birthday stay extra sweet! Although this home is not on the river with amazing views, it is in a very quiet neighborhood community with the walking/running/biking trail (which leads into town and the falls about a mile away) just across the street. We had the only downstairs suite with our own private entrance and loved it! There is a cute front porch to relax on and enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Very homey and perfect, especially for the price!

Overlooking the Niagara Gorge, this bed and breakfast is 1.5 km from Niagara Falls. Is serves a full English breakfast. Everything was top! I recommend this B&B. John was the best host. He gave us key information about the visit at the falls. Really to!

Located less than 1 block from the Niagara River, this bed and breakfast features spacious balconies and a private kitchen. The Maid of the Mist is just 750 meters away. Everything was perfect. Near to the falls, lovely hosts, nice room and great breakfast ☺️

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. All: B&B is in a good position if you want to visit Niagara Falls (only 8/10 minute walk). Breakfast was so delicious, our room was clean and comfortable. Alice is very nice, gentle and she give some tips about what see during our stay.

Nice big cozy room (#4) with a private porch overlooking the beautifully landscaped side yard. We enjoyed walking to/from the falls and the tourist areas that are less than a mile away and there are nice paved paths for either end of the block to get to them.
