Ideally located on a residential street, but just 10 minutes' walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls B&B offers free WiFi and on-site parking. Kevin and his lovely wife ( Ann ) were amazing and very nice and helpful with sharing information about the areas attractions. The breakfast was delicious and plenty. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with private parking and within walking distance to the falls. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

Butterfly Manor is conveniently located, just a short walk from train station - and around 15-20 min scenic walk from Niagra Falls. Host (Ted) is great, very helpful, talkative and hospitable. Both rooms and bathrooms are very spacious, clean, and have everything you can possibly ask for (TV, fridge, ultra comfortable bed, fully equipped bathroom). We also got a free room upgrade! :) And breakfast is prepared based on your preferences, at your desired time. Would definitely stay here again, when visiting Niagra Falls next time.

Located within 5 minutes' drive from Niagara Falls, this bed and breakfast features a daily full hot Canadian breakfast. Guest rooms are uniquely decorated and each includes free Wi-Fi. Felt home. Mattress was really comfy. I usually have issues with hotels mattress not being comfy. Breakfast was great. Fresh and good variety. Sunny was very very helpful and accommodating. No noise from other rooms even though looks like a small space between rooms.

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. All: B&B is in a good position if you want to visit Niagara Falls (only 8/10 minute walk). Breakfast was so delicious, our room was clean and comfortable. Alice is very nice, gentle and she give some tips about what see during our stay.

Nice big cozy room (#4) with a private porch overlooking the beautifully landscaped side yard. We enjoyed walking to/from the falls and the tourist areas that are less than a mile away and there are nice paved paths for either end of the block to get to them.
