Everything is fairly new and really clean. Location is only a few minutes from the private ferry port which was super practical for arrival and departure. Great breakfast too.

Our host, Sayed, and his team are very kind and most helpful. The daily breakfast under the beach umbrella near the swimming pool was something to look forward to every morning. For dinner there was a varied menu of delicious Egyptian meals to choose from. And in a 10 mins walk there is this Restaurant with ferry ride name 'Aladdin guarantees a peaceful and quiet atmosphere and amazing chicken and fish (grilled) in a combo of rice and chapati. There are several possibilities to visit the ancient Egyptians monuments. Sayed can arrange for taxis and there are lots of tuktuks on the road in the village to visit the Valley of the Kings, the Queens temples and tombs on the West Bank. Our driver (Mr. Hassan) was having ample of knowledge for the site seeing. Our balloon ride early in the sunrise, 5 o'clock something cannot be missed!!! Go for it, its amazing. We definitely recommend it to everyone. *The place has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. *They offer food from a close by restaurant and it is delicious. *The pool is well keep and it is great for relaxing. *The location is the perfect middle point to everything (Valley of the Kings and Valley of the Queens is 10-15 minutes drive. Within 15 minutes walk you get to the harbor where you can cross by boat directly to Luxor temple or Karnak Temple). We both felt extremely welcome. It's about 15 minutes outside the city, but the compound is situated right beside a nice market ( AL Rayah Market) and it has everything you would need to fix up a quick meal if need be. Our host was able to set us up on a hot air balloon ride and it was one of the most amazing experiences for our family here in Egypt. THANK YOU SO MUCH! The apartments are huge and clean with great views from the patio. The location is perfect in my opinion. Far from the hustle and bustle of east Luxor. I’ve received many genuine smiles from the locals in the area and was invited to eat with people more than once. Do yourself a favour and stay at the moonlight for a peaceful and authentic experience in Luxor.
