Toba Sunset features free WiFi. Each room has a balcony with views of the lake, rice fields and the surrounding mountains in Tuk Tuk. At Toba Sunset every room is fitted with a seating area. Very spacious and the room is really clean and spotless. It is located in a strategic place but still gives you privacy and serenity. But what is most worth mentioning is the host, Maya who is very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We travelled with young children and the host is ready to cater to our requests for water activities, restaurant suggestions and even transportation. She was extremely helpful in making our visit to Lake Toba smoother. Toba Sunset is worth every penny paid.

Offering a peaceful retreat amidst natural greenery, Horas Family Home is located in Tuk Tuk area on Samosir Island. Guests enjoy a direct access to Lake Toba and free WiFi. Everything, starting from the friendly atmosphere of a family run hotel with many facilities and activities for the guests. We lived in a wonderful apartment: clean, well furnished, ample and comfortable. We did not use the kitchen facilities that were available and exploited instead the very attractive and satisfactory meal options provided by the structure itself. In a word, we have been coddled for the whole length of our stay. Should we come back to lake Toba (which we hope) this will be the first address to look for.
