Menghadapi kawasan tepi pantai di Sabang, SeaGate Bungalows mempunyai taman dan kawasan pantai peribadi. Terdapat teres dan tetamu boleh menggunakan WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. Borja and Yuyun are excellent hosts that offers you the warmest welcome that you can imagine. They are very kind and help you with any and every question you might have about the place and the island. Every single item in the rooms were well thought. Room was very clean. Having a mini fridge, boiler in the room was great to have. Location is fantastic as it's a bit remote in the island which offers you a calm place to relax. Having the ocean right beneath you is remarkable. Food in the restaurant which is running as a side business, "La Boca Chica", was a great surprise for us as it really exceeded our expectations for taste and variety. We were not comfortable to ride scooter and Borja was kind enough to give us a practice session which shows how far they are willing to go for helping their guests!

Terletak di Tuk Tuk, Juma cottages mempunyai taman, teres dan restoran. Di Juma cottages, bilik-bilik dilengkapi dengan balkoni. Everything. It’s a wonderful, peaceful place with a great spot to watch the sunset. The owners are also very lovely and helpful people - they recommended many things and are just really nice to chat to as well. They built the hotel themselves! Excellent, very clean and new rooms with a comfy bed and balcony.

Terletak di Berastagi, 25km dari Mount Sinabung, Kaesa Homestay mempunyai penginapan dengan akses kepada taman dengan teres. The best host I ever had. Upon arrival he instructs you with everything you can do in the city, draws it on the map, gives recommendations and helps with how much what costs and so much more. Location is good, close to the main street. The rooms are basic but nice and clean.

Sumatra Cheeky Monkeys mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Bukit Lawang. Antara pelbagai kemudahan tempat penginapan ini ialah bar dan kemudahan barbeku. The owner was so kind. Let me stay in a slightly more expensive room inside without paying the difference and got a ride back to the guesthouse from the city center at night. I wasn’t there for long but definitely felt it was a good deal for the price. It is pretty far from the center of butik lawang. You can walk it in 20min or get a tuktuk for 30rp. The walk is nice. You get to see another side to the area.

The accommodation is super cheap and the location is perfect, the owners will even pick you up from the bus station if you get to Bukit Lawang with a local bus
