Perfect location, a short walk across the golf course or along the road to the Farnham estate (where we were attending a wedding/playing golf). The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the kitchen downstairs has all you need for a snack or breakfast. Bridie is absolutely fantastic and couldn’t have made you feel more at home. Very kind and even dropped us at the estate when dressed up in wedding attire!

The property is really stunning. Clean and luxurious inside, with lots of character and untouched nature outside.

We loved the games room and the walks on the grounds. Being able to hire a boat for a trip to a nearby island was an added bonus and Alan was very accommodating with times etc.

My room and ensuite bathroom were lovely. I thoroughly enjoyed a delicious full Irish breakfast! It's in a quiet area not far from the town of Bailieborough.

Excellent accommodation with everything you could possibly need, including extras like, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, etc. We were guests at a wedding in Farnham Estate and I believe we were closer than some of the Hotel guests.

A spotless room on a beautiful spot, close to Cavan town & other small villages 5' away driving. The hosts were extremely kind & friendly, as well as their furry friends. The bed was extremely comfortable & the room was spacious and with nice viewings. High recommendable Irish breakfast!
